RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns on ANY live plants or animals. However, we can sometimes offer a credit or refund.

- If plants or animals are damaged during transit. Upon delivery, customers have 24 hours to file a refund. Your claim must include at least 3 photographs of damaged item(s), or at least 2 photographs of the damaged shipping box which the plant was sent in. If you will not be able to open your package within 24 hours of delivery, please consider ordering at a later date, or contacting us and requesting a different delivery date.

- If your Package was Lost, Stolen, or Shipped to the wrong address. Double and triple check your shipping address before placing your order. If you pay with Paypal, we will ship to the address on your Paypal. If a package is Lost or Stolen, we will work with you to try to find your package. Ultimately these issues are not subject to a Refund/Credit, but we will approach this on as a case-by-case basis. Please notify USPS IMMEDIATELY upon noticing your package is not where it is supposed to be. If you are going away on vacation or extended leave from the place of delivery then it is up to you to notify us. We can hold a package until another time or ship a package to a different address if notified before the order is completed. We are very accommodating and understand that life happens.

-Plants shipped during colder months without a heat pack DO NOT QUALIFY for any type of Credit or Refund.
